Our Story
The HTP Consultancy was founded by stratergic visionary Harshini Carey. After 25+ years of working within the Cyber Security/technology industry and building an excellent reputation for problem solving; she decided to start her own consultancy HTP Consultancy is modern consultancy with a different edge. Harshini Carey is proud to announce the launch of her company that provides Cyber Security, Pre-IPO and Compliance risk mitigation services.
Harshini brings over 25+ years experience and
a network within the Cyber Security, Intelligence, Compliance and Risk industry. She formerly worked for reputable companies in Europe and Americas such as London Stock exchange, Denmark’s biggest IT supplier – KMD Neupart. Harshini is an experienced executive in Information Security, Cloud, Network Hardware, Third party Risk, due diligence Software and consultancy.

Harshini was a war child, lost beloved father at age 13. Raised by strong women (a mother and grandmother). She started her first business at 13 years (home jewellery business to support her education).
Her close family members were military veterans, healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs - where a strong ‘protect the ones you love’ mentality, discipline, emotional intelligence, strong work ethics and making an impact in a small way was embedded into her and work that she conducts, whether helping clients or in personal life reflects this.
Immigrated to UK alone as a young adult and her resilience and determination is demonstrated when faced with challengers. She has spent her working life within the technology, cyber security and compliance arenas. Specialising in the EMEA, Americas and APAC territories and passionate about creating an inclusive culture. A mother, wife and daughter she likes to create a work life balance.
